Shipping policy

In-Stock Items

• In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
• Once shipped, USPS delivery typically takes 3–5 business days (delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed).
• You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Pre-Order Items

• Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase.
• Pre-orders TYPICALLY take 2–3 weeks to arrive to us before they can be shipped. They can take longer.
• Once the item arrives and ships, USPS delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days.
• By placing a pre-order, you agree to the extended processing timeframe.

 

Orders Containing Both In-Stock & Pre-Order Items

• All items in an order, whether in-stock or pre-order, will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.
• Tracking information will be sent when the package ships.

 

Delays

• Processing and shipping times are estimates and may be affected by vendor delays, customs inspections, holidays, or carrier issues outside of our control.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS once the package has shipped.

 

Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
